    We're looking at a listing price in the market of $399,900 it's worth about 557,450. Its listing price per square foot is $100 and 25 cents. Its estimated price per square foot is under $139.75. Looking at a five-bedroom, four-bath, three garages, one pool, two fireplaces residential property built in the year 1986 with square feet of 3989 nearby subdivisions schools. 

    The MLS number for a deal today is 14061590 and with our system here, it would show you the agent’s name and also the phone number. And let's take a few seconds to read public remarks of the listing agent. Over 3000 square feet.     And we're looking at Current Sold properties in the market would recency of less than three months. So this was sold 47 days ago 68,54 days ago and 71 days ago. And this would show us here. The impression of how soon we can extract our potential profit and it's based on days in the market. This comp here was sold eight days ago. I mean, eight for eight days in the market. This was sold for 21 days this over more than three months. And this is for three days. 

    Here you can differentiate with the listing price. So our current listing or subject property is at nearly 400,000 but the comps and neighborhood show for 515,000, 645,000, and 475,000 which is very, very good. And these are all based on priority to property type, the price per square foot. The distance and recency and let's look into the list of remarks of the other comps. Alright. 

    What's inside if it would be placed in decent condition. That is our kitchen. Our place. Pool. I think this needs to be updated here cabinets. The outside. And let's look at our comparables. It's pretty nice. Kitchen. Just one more. Let's check this one here. Nice updates done on this one. Now going back here or do Deal of the Day show some very big potential of this amount of 157,550 and using our software and algorithm we're able to get a discount percentage of 28%.
