Hello everyone, today is Austin Deal of the Day, and our subject property for today is at 14710. That's in Great Eagle Trail of Austin 78734.
Looking at the details of this property. It's currently listed at 285,000 coming from its original price, which was 300,000 and this is worth about 404,283. And this is a list price per square foot of hundred $49 and 37 cents, but based on the comps in the area, it's estimated price per square foot is $211 and 89 cents.
So this property has three beds, three baths with two garages, built in 2003 with 1800 square feet. So let's take a look at the numbers here.
