This is Real Estate IQ’s Deal of the Day. And today we have found a fabulous deal for you, in the Houston market.
Welcome to our Houston Metros Deal of the Day! Today, we're looking at 914 Wilcrest Drive, North Houston, Texas 77079. Our property is currently listed at $545,000, with an estimated price or today's worth in the market, is already at $861,652. The price was at 599 listed just last 28th of November 2018. You can see that the list price per square foot is at $186.26 and the estimated price per square foot at $294.48.
So we're looking at a two-story property with one fireplace, two garages, and five beds that built in 1960, with a total square feet of 2926. You also have here the neighboring subdivision and schools, which is, the District 49 Spring Branch, Rumble Creek Elementary School, Memorial Middle School and Stratford High School. You also have here the MLS number as well as the listing agent Clinton. Looking at the public remark, which is personally noted by the listing agent himself. This home has it all circle a drive for off street parking, electric gate replaced, windows guest suite on the first floor with great privacy, fabulous tile floors that looks like wood and unified the downstairs, which was painstakingly open to give that open floor plan. So looking at the other pre-selected sold comp at 13603 Queensbury Lane at 0.48 miles from our subject property, with 97 recency days on to how many days ago that comps were actually sold. So we can also see that we're looking at a two-story with four beds, two and a half bath property.
Our last pre-selected comp is at 0.46 miles from our subject property, 113 recency days, at 13159 Kimberly Lane.
