    Hello everyone. Today's Austin Deal of the Day and our subject property for today's at 7525 Delafield LN Austin Tx 78752. Looking at the details of this property. It's currently listed at 299,900 and worth about 395,955 so it has a list price per square foot of $299 and 63 cents. And based on the comps in the area. It has an estimated price per square foot of $303 and 18 cents. 

    So this one-story property has three bedrooms, a bathroom with two carports and with the fireplace as well. And this was built in 1954 with 1300 square feet. So we have the numbers here base and comps. But before that, we can also take a look at the map. So that we can even select the exterior of the property. So we can zoom it in this little yellow guy. So this is our subject property. And this is a good tool to use for. 

    Alright, so once again, the one with the yellow star that is our subject property and we can also Actually we have 12 sold comps in the area.
