Hello, everyone. Today's Austin Deal of the Day. Our subject property for today's at 1313 Brentwood Road, Austin, TX, 78722.
Looking at the details of this property, it's currently listed at $499,900, worth about $766,674, price per square foot of $227.23, and estimated price per square foot is $348.49. This one-story property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with two carports, and two fireplaces as well. This was built in 1948 with 2200 square feet.
