    This is Real Estate IQ’s Deal of the Day. And today we found a fantastic deal for you in the Austin and San Antonio market.

    Hello everyone, today is the San Antonio Deal of the Day. Our subject property for today is at 420 Courtland Place East, San Antonio, Texas 78212.

    Looking at the details of this property, it's currently listed at $260,000, worth about $382,098, and has a list price per square foot of $169.60. But based on the comps in the area, its estimated price per square foot is $249.25.

    So this one-story property has two bedrooms, two bedrooms with one bathroom, and this was built in 1824, with 1500 square feet.

    We can also take a look at the map so that we can even check the exterior of the property through this map. So the one with the yellow star, this is our subject property and we can grab this little yellow guy on the map. This is a good tool for us to check the neighborhood. And once again, the one with the yellow star, this is our subject property.

    Let's take a look at the comps. We have 10 sold comps, but the system only selected three and these are based on the price per square foot, distance, recency, and the subdivision.     Alright, so those are the photos of our comps. And based on the three comps selected, we are getting an estimated price or after repair value of $382,099. So coming from its list price of $260,000, we're getting an IQ discount of $122,098 or that's a 31.95% discount. We're also getting 0.72 rental index or that's an estimated monthly lease of $1,872. Based on the comps we've seen, you might be interested in remodeling. And this property is good for fix and flip strategy.
