    This is Real Estate IQ’s Deal of the Day. And today we have found a fabulous deal for you, in the Houston market.

    Hello, everyone! Welcome to Houston Metros Deal of the Day. And today, we're looking at this property at 236 Briarcreek St., Richwood, Texas 77531.

    Looking at the details of this property, it's currently listed at $100,000, with its estimated price or today's worth in the market at $227,024, you have the list price per square foot at $47.37, as well as the estimated price per square foot at $107.54, and was listed just last 17th of last month.

    We're looking at a one-story property with one fireplace, with three beds, two full baths, two car garages, built in 1979, and a total square feet of 2111.
