    This is Real Estate IQ’s Deal of the Day. And today we have found a fabulous deal for you, in the Houston market.

    Hello, everyone! Welcome to our Houston Metros Deal of the Day. And today we're looking at 10318 Envoy Street, Houston, Texas, 77016.

    Our subject property is currently listed at $51,000, estimated price is at $109,577, list price per square foot at $49.61, with an estimated price of $106.59.

    We're looking at a one-story with three beds, one full bed, one car garage property, built in 1956. It has a total square feet of 1028. You are looking here at the neighborhood, subdivision, and schools at Fontaine Place Section 6, Shadydale Elementary School, Forest Brook Middle School, and North Forest High School. MLS information: MLS number, listing agent's name, and phone number. Looking at the public remark, it says here that, Estate Sale being sold in as is condition. So it's more like a selling point of our listing agent.

    Let's take a look at our subject property here. I'm looking at the exterior part of it, there's your one car garage. The backyard does need some minor renovations especially on the foundation. Looking at the interior part of our property, we need to fix the tile flooring, as well as do some repainting on the walls, even on the ceilings. Your kitchen needs to change those white kitchen cabinets; just a few touches and it'll be good as new. Here's another hardwood flooring room; it really needs a little renovation.

    Now, when we click on the investment summary to check the IQ discount percentage, as well as the rental index score for us to confidently identify if it's good for flipping, wholesaling, or even buy and hold.
