    Hello, everyone! Welcome to our Houston Metros Deal of the Day. And today, we're looking at this property that we surely don't want to miss this second time around. It's at 907 Whitaker Avenue Pasadena 77506. Looking at the details of our subject property, it's currently listed at $79,900, with an estimated price or today's worth in the market at $152,332, and listed last November.

    The original list price was at $85,000, looking at the list price per square foot at $57.56, and an estimated price per square foot at $109.75.

    So we're looking at a one-story property with three beds, one full bath, and one car garage built in 1947, with a total square feet of 1388. The neighborhood, subdivision, and schools at Breezyside Sec. 1, Pasadena, Kruse Elementary School, Jackson Intermediate School, and Pasadena High School.
