    Welcome everyone to Real Estate IQ's Deal of the Day for Dallas Forth Worth Metro. MLS number would be 14264521, at 4006 Tropic Lane Rowlette, Texas 75088. It has a list price per square foot of $200,000, worth about $305,105, estimated price per square foot is $121.80 and list price per square foot is $79.84.

    We're looking at a very good discount percentage of 34.45% and if we convert that into dollars, there will be a gross discount of $105,905. We're looking at here are three beds, two and a half baths, two garages residential property built in a year 1990 with a square feet of 2505.

    So going back, listing price is $200,00 and the ARV is $305,106. Gross discount or difference of an ARV of $105,105.
