    This is Real Estate IQ’s Deal of the Day. And today we have found a fabulous deal for you, in the Houston market.

    Hello, everyone! Welcome again to our Houston Metros Deal of the Day. Today we're looking at this property at 76 Bayou Vista Drive, Hitchcock, Texas 77563.

    Looking at the details of our property, it's currently listed at $154,900, with an estimated price of $312,203, list price per square foot at $99.04, and an estimated price per square foot in today's market is already at $199.62.

    So looking at the basic or physical characteristics of their property, it's a one-story property with one fireplace, two beds, one car garage property built in 1980, with a total square feet of 1564.

    Looking at the neighborhood, subdivisions, and schools at La Marque: Highlands Elementary School, La Marque Middle and High school. MLS Number, listing agent's name and phone number. Public remarks which are personally noted by the listing agent. “Features include a covered patio downstairs, two bedrooms with a full bath, kitchen-living area combination. So lots of room downstairs ready for entertainment.” 

    Now let's go and take a look at the pictures of our subject property. There's your garage that needs some fixing over here, as well as the ceiling. It's running the lake.
