    Hello everyone! Welcome to Houston Metros Deal of the Day! Today, we're looking at this fabulous property at 8807 Rocky Knall Lane Rosenberg, Texas, 77469 zip code. Looking at the details of our property, it's currently listed at $195,000 from the original list price of $210,000. Now, if you can see, it's estimated price or today's worth in the market already at $292,694, with the list price per square foot of $75.09, and the estimated price per square foot of $112.70. We're looking at a one-story, with four beds, two and a half baths, two car garages property, that was built in 2006 or the total square feet of 2597. So you can see, its neighboring subdivision and schools at 33 Lamar Consolidated, you have Carter Elementary School, Reading Junior High School, and George Ranch High School. Our MLS number, as well as our listing agent's name, and phone number. Now as for public remark personally noted by the listing agent, you're looking at, a large one-story, with two car garages, large back and front yard, open floor plan great for entertaining. Let's take a look at our property. If you can see, that's the exterior part and here's your entrance styled flooring. Of course, looking at the MLS, you have here the public remarks, personally noted by the listing agents handing these specific properties, especially the sold comps. Here are their names and phone numbers. Let's take a look at the map where the yellow star is, that's where our subject property is. These blue marks are selected sold comp. We can just drag and drop the Google man where the yellow star is, that's where our lovely subject property is. Looking at the Street View; it's quite a decent neighborhood. Others are still in construction and there are still some vacant lots. This is the other side, a huge neighborhood there. Looking at the investment summary, it gives the estimated price of $292,695. We can say that our property here is good for either flipping or wholesaling. Seeing a 33.38 discount percentage with 1.02 rental index. So the estimated monthly lease is at $1,983.
