    Hello, everyone! Welcome to another Houston Metro's Deal of the Day. And today, we're looking at this property at 1508 13th Street, Texas City, Texas, 77590.

     

    Looking at the details of our property, it's currently listed at $55,900, with an estimated price or today's worth is at $113,166, price per square foot at $51.19, and estimated price per square foot of $103.63. So if you see, this was listed just this month on the first.

     

    We're looking at a one-story with three beds, one full bath, one car garage property, built in 1960, and with a total square feet of 1092.
