    Hi, everyone! Today is the DFW Deal of the Day. Our subject property is at 1239 Cedar Haven Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75216.

     

    Let's check the details of our property. It's currently listed at $114.999, estimated price is at $155,524. This means that the price per square foot is currently at $97.13. But based on the comps that we ran, the estimated price per square foot is $131.36.
