How Accurate is your Estimated Market Valuation?
It is as accurate as an automated CMA can be. Our research team has spent years improving the CMA generation algorithm, but computers are not perfect. For example, the computer cannot understand the condition of the homes, and therefore cannot give you an estimate of repairs, which is vital in the due diligence process

The computer generated Estimated Market Value is a starting point - these are high potential deals, but you still need to do your analysis before placing an offer.

Check the Sold Comps table and make sure the comps are indeed comparable to the subject property. Also, always visit the property and come up with an repairs estimate before placing an offer.

Go to Pricing choose a subscription plan for your desired geographic area. 

After subscribing, follow our email instructions to set up your email inbox to start receiving deals.

I just signed up. Now what?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly with a Terms and Conditions form. Once you have signed and returned the form, we will set up your email address in our system, and you should start receiving deals within 24 hours.

I have not received any deals today. How come?
Because MLS Deal Finder's main function is monitoring the market for deals, we cannot control deal flow. Therefore, some days you may receive 15, 20 deals, but other days you may not receive any. These are extreme cases, but because we cannot control the deals or the market, we cannot guarantee the frequency or number of days every day. However, you can rest assured that if a deal fits your criteria, you will receive a real time email notification right away.

How do I change my investment criteria?
You may change your investment criteria any time using the Support Form. The changes will take effect within 1 business day.

Can I change plans?
Absolutely. You can change plans at any time. With any upgrade or downgrade in plans, you will be credited pro rata for the time remaining in the current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards online from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, and you will be billed in US Dollars. We do not accept checks, postal orders, or pay by phone.

When will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly starting on the day you pay. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed again.

Are there any cancellation fees?
No. The plan you choose is for one user for a fixed fee per month. We do not have any other fees or charges.

Do I have to sign a fixed term contract?
Unless you have signed up for the 6-month option, which is paid up front, this is a pay-per-month service and your credit card will be billed each month. There are no long-term contracts and you may cancel any time. If you cancel the service, you will never be billed again. Once the payment is accepted, the amount is nonrefundable.

How do I change or cancel my service?
At the top of this customer service page, click on +New Support Ticket and fill out the form. If you are cancelling, please let us know the reason so we can improve our services.
